Restrictions on the use of documents generated by AORA

Any document generated by AORA is provided subject to the terms and conditions in the agreement between the customer and AORA Group Limited (“Customer Agreement”). Without limitation, an AORA generated document:

• must before use be reviewed and edited by a person with appropriate expertise who verifies the data provided and outcome reached and follows the instructions supplied in the text
• may only be used for a person who is the Subject of the enquiry
• may not be altered to replace the Subject of the enquiry with another person
• may not be supplied to any party other than the Subject of the enquiry, the Home Office or Passport Office in relation to an application for that Subject

The Subject of the enquiry must be a bona fide client of the customer, under an agreement which complies with the Customer Agreement. For the recommended form of such an agreement click here.
